Are you having problems adding new accessories to PowerHouz?
First, remember that the App needs to be authorized to access your HomeKit information. We advice you to go to your settings, then Privacy, then HomeKit and make sure PowerHouz is set to ON. Also you might want to make sure your HomeKit Setting is set on Use iCloud.
However, even more important is to make sure that you have the primary account on the HomeKit configuration. Otherwise, you will not be able to add new devices.
